본 업무는 전문적이고 예의 있게 손님의 요구 사항이나 문제에 세심하게 답변할 수 있어야 합니다. 컴퓨터, 일반 사무 업무에 익숙해야 하며 전화나 서면 의사소통 모두에 능해야 합니다. 가장 중요한 것은 지원자가 다른 사람의 필요를 충족시키고자 하는 진정한 의지가 있어야 합니다.

업무 관리 보조의 직무 책임
• 고객 응대및 지원
• 전화, 이메일, 우편을 통해 정중하고 전문적인 의사소통
• 고객의 주문 처리
• 인보이스 발행, 파일링, 보고서 및 프레젠테이션 작성, 사무용품 재주문과 같은 사무 처리.
• 미수금 지원 – 지불 기록, 명세서 발송 및 고객에게 연체 잔액 통지.
• 일반 데이터 입력.
• 고객을 위한 프로모션 캠페인 및 일반 공지 지원.

업무 관리 자격 요건
• 영어 및 한국어 능통 (한국어 유창)
• MS 오피스 스위트 (엑셀 및 워드)와 퀵북 (선호) 경험
• 이전 업무 관리 경험 플러스
• 능동적인 업무 대처
• 미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있어야 함.
• 파트타임 및 풀타임 (월요일 – 금요일, 7시30분 부터 4시까지) 출근시간 조율가능함.

Compensation:
시간당 $25

Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

Family-owned business looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive to detail. Applicant should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, applicants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Screening phone calls and gathering orders from customers.
• Handling office tasks, such as invoicing, filing, generating reports and presentations, and reordering office supplies.
• Assisting with Accounts Receivables – recording payments, sending out statements, and notifying customers of past balances.
• General data entry.
• Assisting with promotional campaigns and general notices for customers.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
• Multilingual in English and Korean (Fluent in Korean)
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel & Word), along with Quickbooks (preferred)
• Prior administrative experience a plus
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
• Must be legal to work in U.S.
• Part-Time or Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 6 am – 4 pm) Start time is flexible.
Compensation:
Starting wage: $25/hour
