We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the pivotal role of Executive Assistant to our CEO. This role demands a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant at WGRS Inc., you will be the right-hand to our CEO, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and expertly managed administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will span a spectrum of duties, including managing the CEO’s schedule, organizing high-level meetings, coordinating events, handling sensitive information, and organizing/digitizing files. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage comprehensive logistics for meetings and high-profile events.
• Maintain both business and personal calendars, ensuring optimal time management.
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, handling matters that significantly impact the executive’s purview.
• Independently handle complex assignments, demonstrating initiative and professionalism.
• Uphold a deep understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures, while managing highly confidential information.
• Oversee tasks such as filing and maintaining files, in addition to calendar management, appointment scheduling, phone communication, processing mail, processing expense reports, and office supply management.
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous experience supporting C-suite executives is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, thriving in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across all management levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
• Typing proficiency of 75 wpm and the ability to handle dictation.
• Keen attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• This position requires periodic availability outside of regular working hours to promptly address unforeseen situations and critical matters as they arise, ensuring seamless support to the organization’s operations.
• Resides in the San Francisco area and holds a valid Driver’s License, with access to personal transportation.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
