Menlo Park 과 Redwood City에 위치한 한의원에서 Full Time or Part Time Front desk/ Office Manager를 구합니다.

We are looking for a front desk / clinic manager that is looking for a long-term career, not just a temporary job. Work hour is from 9:30AM to 6:00PM from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting patients
• Preparing treating rooms, rooming patients, and recording patients visits in EHR system
• Answering calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing and filing medical records, charts, and other medical documents
• Obtaining and managing authorizations
• Calling insurance companies to verify insurance coverage
• Billing Insurance
• Following up with insurance companies in regards to billing as needed
• Collecting co-pay and patient portion
• Sending billing statements as needed
• Keeping the front office clean, organized and tidy

Qualifications:
• Superb customer service skills
• Are genuinely kind and friendly
• Positive attitude and willing to learn new things
• Punctual-on time and hard working
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Computer proficiency
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Compensation: start at $28 - $30 per Hour
