The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of management experience with a team of 10 or more staff. Qualifications:
Strong full-service hospitality background.
The ability to create fun working environments.
Ability to build sales and relationships with a past record.
Ability to train, develop, and coach groups of people.
Ability to lead and direct team members.

Must be excited about achieving personal and professional growth.
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager Restaurant General Manager, or a similar role.
Proficient with MS Office, and restaurant management software.
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
Financial management skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
